CBRE was also recognised for its expertise in valuation and advisory services, with the firm's Valuation team receiving the Best Valuation Team Award. The award was accepted by Rami Kaushal, Managing Director, Consulting & Valuation Services, India and MENA, on behalf of the team, reflecting CBRE's continued commitment to delivering market-leading valuation and advisory solutions.
A key highlight of the event was the launch of CBRE's latest report, India's Next Office Growth Cycle: Occupier Sentiment, GCC Momentum and ESG Imperatives. The report was unveiled by Anshuman Magazine, alongside Ram Chandnani, Managing Director, Leasing Services, CBRE; Justin Young, CEO, RICS; and Ashwani Awasthi, Managing Director, South Asia, RICS.
The report examines the factors influencing India's next phase of office market growth, including occupier expansion plans, the continued rise of Global Capability Centres (GCCs), evolving workplace strategies, the growing impact of artificial intelligence, and the increasing focus on sustainability and ESG-led decision-making.
The conference provided a valuable platform for industry stakeholders to exchange perspectives on the future of commercial real estate and the opportunities emerging across India's office sector.
