National, July 14, 2026: India's real estate sector recorded equity capital inflows of USD 8.5 billion in the first half of 2026 (January to June, H1 2026) - the highest half-yearly figure on record, according to the latest report by real estate services and investments firm CBRE South Asia Pvt. Ltd. The investments rose 32% year-over-year (Y-o-Y) as compared with USD 6.4 billion in H1 2025.
