CBRE participated as the Knowledge Partner at the 3rd CII Delhi Real Estate Summit 2026, held under the theme "Shaping Delhi's New Real Estate Paradigm: Enabling Sustainable Growth & Investment." The summit brought together government representatives, industry leaders, developers, investors, and occupiers to discuss the opportunities and priorities shaping Delhi-NCR's next phase of growth.The discussions focused on the policies, infrastructure investments, and sustainability initiatives required to strengthen Delhi-NCR's position as a globally competitive economic hub. Key themes included the opportunities emerging from MPD 2047, industrial land redevelopment, clean construction practices, technological innovation, and the growing role of artificial intelligence in shaping future-ready urban development.
Anshuman Magazine, Chairman & CEO, India, Southeast Asia, Middle East & Africa, CBRE, shared his perspective on Delhi-NCR's long-term growth potential, highlighting the importance of quality of life, air quality, connectivity, and the region's ability to attract talent and capital. The summit also featured insights from senior government representatives and industry experts on creating a more sustainable, resilient, and investment-friendly ecosystem for the region.
As part of the event, CBRE released its report, Driving Delhi's Next Growth Phase, which explores the factors expected to influence the region's real estate and economic development in the years ahead. The summit also witnessed the launch of the CII Clean Construction Charter, reinforcing the industry's commitment to sustainable development and responsible construction practices.
CBRE leaders further contributed to the conversations through two moderated sessions.
Parul Ahuja, Executive Director & Head - Leasing, North India, CBRE, moderated a discussion on the convergence of retail, office, luxury housing, and global business, and the role of infrastructure and planning-led development in creating new growth corridors.
Vidhi Dheri, Senior Director (National Operations, Research), CBRE, led a session examining the role of AI, digital technologies, data-driven planning, and modern construction methods in enabling more efficient and sustainable urban development.
The summit underscored the importance of collaboration between government, industry, and investors in shaping Delhi-NCR's next phase of growth and advancing its emergence as a future-ready, globally competitive urban economy.
