The summit featured a powerful Fireside Chat titled “Grit, Growth & Governance: A Woman Leader’s Playbook for Building Future-Ready GCCs,” led by Ram Chandnani, Managing Director – Leasing, CBRE India. The discussion underscored the transformation of GCCs from traditional cost centers to strategic innovation hubs, with expanding roles in R&D, AI/ML, cybersecurity, and emerging sectors like aerospace and semiconductors. A significant theme explored was the growing imperative for greater representation of women in leadership positions, a crucial conversation for building diverse, resilient, and future-ready organizations.
