The 2nd edition of the CII Delhi Real Estate Summit served as a key platform for forward-looking dialogue on the future of India’s real estate sector. The event also marked the release of CBRE’s report “Delhi 2041: Shaping the Future of Real Estate”, which outlines strategic opportunities, policy support, and innovative capital strategies to drive transformation in the region.

The discussion highlighted the role of AIFs, structured debt, private credit, NBFCs, and investor syndicates in bridging funding gaps and enabling faster, risk-mitigated execution.
Policy Reforms for a Resilient Real Estate Ecosystem in Delhi, moderated by Vidhi Dheri, Head of Research Operations (North & West India), CBRE, focusing on actionable reforms to unlock Delhi’s potential for a future-ready built environment.
The summit reinforced Delhi NCR’s position as a dynamic and resilient market, and emphasized the importance of collaborative efforts in shaping a sustainable, technology-driven real estate future.
