CBRE Design Collective worked with Warner Brothers Discovery to create an innovative, functional and immersive workspace that reflects their brand and legacy.
The project involved designing and constructing Warner Bros. Discovery's inaugural office in India. The office was designed as a Global Support Services hub spanning two floors and featuring around 550 seats. The space is designed for agile working and includes a 40-seat auditorium. This multifunctional space can be adapted from a cafeteria to a town hall venue and has unique internal connectivity through an exclusive staircase and elevator.
The team delivered an incredible design that was in collaboration with us, the client. They were adaptable and flexible. We would not have achieved such a successful outcome without them.
The design is vibrant and colour-coded according to WBD's branding. The workspace is subdivided intelligently for agile collaboration and themed informal rooms pay homage to iconic TV shows. The Game of Thrones-themed meeting rooms offer immersive experiences and larger spaces showcase WBD's upcoming ventures. Collaborative areas are inspired by beloved IPs like FRIENDS and Harry Potter, creating a studio-like ambience.
The project was delivered within the specified timeline and budget, showcasing the team's exceptional project delivery skills. The result is an innovative, functional and immersive workspace that embodies WBD's commitment to dynamic work environments and represents its brand, culture, values and principles.
