The VXI India office is conceptualised as a dynamic and engaging workspace tailored to the preferences of Gen-Zs and Millennials. The design approach enhances efficiency and facilitates seamless navigation through a gridiron layout. The design optimises natural light penetration by strategically positioning open office areas towards external glazing, creating a bright and inviting ambience conducive to productivity and well-being.
A key aspect of the design philosophy is the integration of dynamic forms and vibrant colours throughout space. These elements inject energy and personality into the environment, reflecting the youthful and innovative spirit of the workforce. Unique huddle spaces with a variety of seating choices are strategically placed to encourage spontaneous collaboration and idea exchange, fostering a culture of creativity and teamwork. Additionally, the incorporation of regional flavour in environmental graphics and frosting designs adds a sense of place and identity, further enhancing employee engagement and connection to the workspace.
