F5 Networks' new workplace is an urban oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of city life. It creates a harmonious connection with nature and promotes a sense of calm. It is an agile space that fosters teamwork and collaboration.
F5 Networks moved to their new 50,000 sq. ft. office in Embassy Golf Links, Bangalore, which housed both sales and research and development teams with diverse languages and design standards. Inspired by the location within EGL and the vibrant city of Bangalore, the office was envisioned as a 'Garden in the City', offering a sanctuary for relaxation and wellness amidst the urban hustle and bustle.
The office layout comprises two wings for Sales and R&D, each maintaining its distinct identity while sharing common amenities and functions such as the Boardroom, Training Rooms and Café. Various public collaboration zones were developed as nodal networks of biophilic hotspots, emphasising collaboration and well-being. These zones, nestled within the open work hall areas, offer unique characters of their own, fostering creativity and connection among employees amidst a lush and serene environment.
