The 90,000 sq. ft. space for CBRE's Digital and Technology wing is ingeniously divided over two floors to maximise efficiency and collaboration. The design features an internal bleacher seating staircase connecting the floors, fostering seamless interaction and idea exchange between teams. This innovative approach promotes collaboration, breaks down silos and encourages spontaneous meetings and discussions. The interconnected layout reflects CBRE's commitment to innovation and teamwork, creating a dynamic work environment that inspires creativity and drives progress in the digital and technology realm.
The design incorporates biophilic elements to enhance employee well-being and productivity. Natural elements such as greenery, natural light and organic textures are integrated throughout the space, creating a harmonious connection with nature. Living walls, indoor plants and large windows bring the outdoors inside, promoting a sense of calm and rejuvenation. The various meeting rooms are named after regional plant species and act as educational tools. Local influences in the fabrics, patterns and textures are a key factor in the design language.
