The CBRE Design Collective team has meticulously designed an office to achieve a blend of the firm American legacy and blended to the Local Ethos. A warm yet sober visual language emerged with looks at celebrating the shared nature and diversity to create a refined and inspiring atmosphere.
The client recently launched its first office in India, a state-of-the-art Global Capability Center spanning 80,000 square feet. This groundbreaking facility marks a significant milestone in the organisation's commitment to fostering innovation and excellence on a global scale. Strategically located in two interconnected towers named Ganges and Hudson, the office symbolises the confluence of ideas and cultures, representing the harmonious blend of Eastern and Western traditions.
Once the basis of design was complete, I enjoyed working closely with the team. Team's attention to detail and passion for delivering a beautiful project was evident. Thankfully, our design objectives were aligned, and the process was fun.
The design of the Global Capability Center reflects the Client's dedication to creating an environment that fosters collaboration, productivity and well-being. The Ganges and Hudson Towers embody the flow of ideas and thoughts, facilitating seamless interaction and the exchange of innovative concepts. Between these towers lie the Café and Work Café, serving as dynamic hubs for casual meetings, relaxation and culinary delights. These spaces are thoughtfully designed to encourage spontaneous interactions and enhance the overall employee experience.
The organisation’s commitment to a sophisticated and subtle aesthetic is evident throughout the facility. Every element, from the choice of materials to the colour palette, has been meticulously selected to create a refined and inspiring atmosphere. This attention to detail extends to the emphasis on graphics and branding, with visually engaging elements that narrate the Client's rich history and vision for the future. The history wall, a prominent feature of the office, provides a captivating journey through the organisation's legacy, celebrating achievements and milestones.
