Vamshi KK Nakirekanti

Vamshi KK Nakirekanti is Executive Director and Head of Valuation Services (VAS) for India and also heads Consulting & Valuation for South East Asia covering Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Cambodia and Philippines offices.

The Valuation and Consulting teams across India and South East Asia have over 400 professionals covering a wide range of specializations including feasibility assessments, portfolio reviews, location and expansion strategies, valuations for various purposes including REIT/IPO listings, risk monitoring services etc. The multi-dimensional team’s expertise is spread across various industry sectors including residential, commercial, industrial and warehousing, hospitality and leisure, and other emerging sectors such as data centers, coworking and co-living spaces.

Vamshi has over 22 years’ experience in the real estate Consulting and Valuation services industry. He has strong working relationships with banks, Indian and global fund houses, developers, corporate houses and government agencies. His expertise includes investment related due diligences, mortgage/ collateral appraisals and strategic advisory services. He is the first REIT valuer in India. He is a reputed professional and a leading expert on valuations and has been a speaker and moderator at various conferences organised by prominent industry bodies.
 
Prior to his two decades with CBRE, Vamshi worked with the property development division at Delhi Metro Rail Corporation and worked on optimal utilization strategies for metro stations and other property development sites near metro depots.

Vamshi has a post graduate degree in Town Planning from School of Planning & Architecture, Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from NIT Kozhikode.
