Saurabh Khare, MRICS

Saurabh is currently working as Senior Director and Head, National Operations for Valuation Advisory Services, CBRE India.

He has been a part of the CBRE Valuation Advisory team for almost 14 years with an experience of approx. 16 years in the real estate sector. Saurabh is actively involved in business planning, business development, deal sourcing and closure, client management, team management and hiring, etc. Saurabh has successfully led some of the most prestigious mandates and valued assets ranging from single assets to multi-property portfolios by channelizing and managing pan-India teams.

He has also established various new services such as IBBI/NCLT led valuations and technical due diligence services which are complimentary to the valuation business and whose growth reflects the changing demands of the industry and clients. Clients managed by Saurabh include investment banks, private equity funds, developers, HNIs, Banks, NBFCs, government agencies, etc.

Saurabh joined CBRE in 2009 prior to which he was with Jones Lang LaSalle’s Strategic Consulting team in Bangalore and Delhi.
