Rajesh Pandit is the Managing Director, Global Workplace Solutions, India & Property Management for CBRE in India, South East Asia, Middle East and Africa. In his role, he manages our occupier client strategy in India, providing central co-ordination around our core GWS client base across the country.
With an overall industry experience of over 26 years, Rajesh has been associated with CBRE for nearly 20 years.
He intricately drives business management systems and has worked on key projects including IT Parks, Call Centre/BPO Facilities, Office Campuses and Residential Complexes.
Rajesh manages a team of over 6500 professionals across more than 100 towns and cities in the country. The teams, under his guidance, are engaged in providing Development Consultancy, Property Management and Facilities Management services to clients for a wide array of real estate projects.
Rajesh holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, New Delhi.
