Hayley is a Senior Director within CBRE's Americas Consulting Organization Consulting & Transformation (OCT) practice, where she specializes in organization design, operating model transformation, and corporate real estate consulting. She advises senior leadership teams on designing organizations that align strategy, people, governance, and service delivery to improve business performance and advance long-term growth. Her expertise includes operating model design, organizational assessments, governance, decision rights, organizational benchmarking, and enterprise transformation.
Hayley has led engagements across the government, healthcare, life sciences, financial services, technology, industrial, manufacturing, and professional services sectors, partnering with Fortune 500 organizations to solve complex organizational challenges. She brings extensive experience benchmarking organizations against industry peers and leading practices, helping clients assess organizational health, spans and layers, role clarity, governance, and delivery models to identify opportunities for greater efficiency, effectiveness, and business value. Prior to joining CBRE, Hayley worked in management consulting and on Capitol Hill, where she supported strategic initiatives, organizational transformation, and public policy research. She is passionate about helping organizations build modern operating models that are scalable, data-driven, and prepared for the future of work.
