India’s real estate investment market recorded strong momentum in Q3 2026, with capital inflows reaching USD 9.5 billion, more than doubling both year-on-year and quarter-on-quarter. This took total investments during the first nine months of 2026 to USD 18.6 billion, almost twice the level recorded a year earlier.
This momentum was primarily driven by rising investor appetite for data centres and continued capital deployment into built-up office assets and land/development sites. The quarter also witnessed a notable resurgence in foreign capital inflows and a greater participation from institutional investors
