Client: Skyon Condominium Owners Welfare Association
Location: Gurugram, Haryana (India)
Topline: Proper management of 2 Mn Sq. ft. area and addressing the resident’s grievances by setting up periodic training related to home automation.
Opportunity
The property comprises of 15 Towers that includes 790 automated homes and all electrical & mechanical services in the apartment can be operated through an App, remotely. Mini golf course as a part of the complex, dedicated 24x7 concierge, ambulance and vehicle based QRT services were some of the special amenities offered as an attraction for the occupant.
During the start of the assignment, half of the property was still under construction or at the completion stage while the other half was partially occupied. There were multiple concerns related to housekeeping, security, plumbing etc., which were being raised by the occupants. And with residents new to such automated / smart equipment and utilities, the people were facing major IT related issues for such smart equipment.
Solution & Outcome
The team deployed at site proactively engaged with residents where all the complaints were analyzed on weekly and monthly basis. The observation was shared with the developer and the project team, which was followed up till the closure.
The IT team was trained for home automation followed by software up-gradation and the process was streamlined by coordinating with vendors. Residents were trained on the use of such automated system on daily basis and thus the operations were streamlined.
We are managing the property for around 4 years now with an average customer satisfaction survey score of 87%. During this tenure, the transition of property from Developer to RWA also took place and RWA continued the operations through us because of our service excellence.
