Raka Khashu Razdan is the Head of Marketing and Communications for CBRE South East Asia, India, Middle East, and North Africa. She is currently based out of Gurgaon, India.
Raka Khashu Razdan is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing and communications strategy to achieve business objectives. Her portfolio includes innovative brand-building initiatives with special focus on demand generation to accelerate revenue growth for the organization.
Raka brings with her a wealth of experience and a proven track record in delivering successful marketing campaigns. In her current role, she is responsible for planning and implementation of brand marketing campaigns, corporate and marketing communications with a focus on building customer preference for the brand in India, Middle East, South East Asia and North Africa.
Raka has worked with several blue-chip corporates including Metlife and AMD and had a prior stint with CBRE. She is also the visiting faculty for marketing at some of India's leading management institutes.
Raka holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Advertising and Public Relations from the Indian Institute of Mass Communications, and an Executive Degree in Brand Management from the Indian School of Business (ISB).
