•   Andara Signature Resort Villas is now sold out.  The final villa priced at over THB 200 million was the only luxury villa unit sold this quarter.

•   Most of the villas sold this quarter were from the lower-end segments priced between THB 5-35 million. There were four high-end villas sold with price over THB 35 million.

•   Only two villa projects launched in the first half of the year. Both two projects were in Mid-range segment with villas priced between THB 15-35 million.


•   A total of 458 condominium units were sold in H1 2018, decreasing by 4.8% Y-o-Y.

•   75% of the condominium sold in the first half of 2018 were investment-oriented products that offered some form of rental management or yield guarantee.

•   Buyers at all price level want potential rental income for property they only use less than 60 days per year.
