Gap between supply and demand drives an increase in pre-let contracts

  • In the second quarter of 2018, the take-up was 46,500 sq m, showing a 15% q-o-q increase
  • Flexible spaces represented 14% of total office take-up
  • The renovation works of five buildings, totalling 22,400 sq m, were completed this quarter and all are already fully occupied
  • Prime rent increased 2% in the Western Corridor to €14.5/sq m/month, and is expected to continue growing over the next months in all Lisbon office zones.
