Co-working and shared office space operators are beginning to surge into the suburbs. While some of the largest national operators have not yet ventured into the suburbs like they have downtown, a number of smaller, independent perators have begun to open locations throughout the suburban landscape and will certainly be a trend to watch in the coming quarters.
With more than 6.4 million sq. ft. of active occupier demand in the Suburban market, more than 37% of the requirements are from the tech sector and 20%
from life science firms.
