The Camellias is an Ultra Luxury Project with one of its kind in India nestled amidst the financial hub of Gurugram. Developed by DLF over a land area of 25 acres, the property is located on the golf drive and includes 429 units with apartment size ranging from 7400 to 22000 sq ft. When we started this assignment, the project was still under the final completion stage and to be transitioned to PM operations. Owing to the ultra-luxury segment of property and the class of people staying in the premises, the service delivery expectancy was similar to that of any 5-Star hotel services.
