Rajesh Pandit is the Senior Executive Director and Head of Asset Services in India. He is responsible for a portfolio of more than 185 Clients, 556 properties across 63 cities with more than 63.3 mn sq.ft. under management.

Rajesh has immense experience in setting up and running building management systems for IT Parks, Call Centre/BPO Facilities, Office campuses and residential complexes. He is currently responsible for the overall operations of the division for the country, providing development consultancy, property management and facilities management services to clients for a wide range of real estate projects.

He has an overall managerial experience of 21 years.
